Only Nine Days Until the Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Our Ten Commandments Case

Feb 21, 2005

On Friday, Mat Staver participated in the second of four moot court sessions in preparation for next week's oral arguments. Two more moot courts are planned in different locations before March 2. We wish to thank Jay Sekulow and the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) for hosting a very productive moot court in their Washington, D.C. office. Here is a photograph of Mat during Friday's moot court.

The ACLJ also filed an amicus brief supporting our arguments in the case. The brief contains an interesting appendix with pictures of numerous Ten Commandments displays. The brief is posted online at (see "Read the Briefs" and scroll down to the amicus briefs).
