Caught red-handed, Planned Parenthood is retaliating with a baseless 15-count civil suit demanding $16 million from Sandra. The $1.7 billion abortion firm wants to mercilessly punish her for exposing its gruesome, unethical and potentially illegal profiteering from human baby body parts.

The truth is that Planned Parenthood has no evidence to support its revenge suit. There are no damages and no legal basis for dragging Sandra into federal court.

In fact, the evidence shows that Planned Parenthood is abusing the law in a desperate attempt to hide its horrific trade in human organs, limbs, and even entire, intact babies.

It is using the “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations” (RICO) law as a weapon against Sandra. But the Supreme Court has ruled that RICO cannot be used to silence free speech and that is precisely what Planned Parenthood is seeking to accomplish.

Its twisted strategy is to bankrupt this brave champion for the unborn—and to crush her First Amendment rights.
