Our legal team has been extremely active in San Francisco courts with our client, pro-life hero Sandra Merritt. We began the month of September in criminal court against the pro-abortion attorney general, and then we went right into the massive civil suit brought on by Planned Parenthood and their legal army of 17 lawyers.

But while the state of California and Planned Parenthood are trying to punish Sandra, we are exposing the horrors of this abortion monster and its allies harvesting body parts from living babies.

A stem-cell scientist testified that living babies had their beating hearts cut from them. She also said there are laws that prevent researchers from causing pain to mice, and that mice have more protections than babies.

The demonic practice of killing babies and selling their body parts for profit is beyond comprehension. Planned Parenthood wants to keep this dark practice from the public. This, my friend, is satanic. That is why this battle is so intense.

We are still in court and will be for some time. The financial cost of Sandra’s defense is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars and the expenses continue to mount.

I’m talking about kids being encouraged to choose their “gender,” take hormones, and use plural pronouns like “they” to designate they are neither, or perhaps both, male and female. Those who refuse to go along with this fiction are punished.

Liberty Counsel exposed an elementary school teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, who produced a video that was shown to every K-5 student announcing his “coming out” as a “non-binary transgender.”

The video states anyone who disagrees is evil and a hater. This was done without parental knowledge or consent!

+ + We’re fighting those who try to criminalize Christianity...

Because of friends like you, Liberty Counsel is on the leading edge of the battle against the criminalization of Christianity. We are the leading organization taking up the fight against laws that prohibit minors from receiving voluntary counseling from licensed counselors to overcome unwanted same-sex attractions, behavior or gender confusion.

These laws are extremely damaging because they force counselors to impose homosexuality and gender anarchy on minors and their families.

It is not a matter of “if” but “when” the Supreme Court will take one of our cases and strike down these laws across the country. In the meantime, 18 states and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and nearly 60 local governments have adopted these unconstitutional counseling bans.

We must do more to protect our children and defend the rights of parents — or we will lose the next generation to a level of depravity and perversion we have not yet seen.
