If you wonder whether there really is an assault on Christmas, the story below should dispel all doubt. It’s bizarre—but it really happened. Yet, it has a happy ending.
And that’s only because of friends like YOU! Because of your generosity, Liberty Counsel takes on the Christmas killjoys . . . and wins victories like the one I share below.
But to keep on fighting this Christmas and year-round, I need your help now. With 2019 ending soon, we’re in a countdown to raise $250,000 before midnight on December 31.
Will you help with a generous gift now?
Your support today will help defeat ACLU grinches and battle giants like Planned Parenthood and the Southern Poverty Law Center in the courtrooms of America. Thank you for your generosity! –Mat
With your help, we’ll stop outrages like this . . .

Talk about a "grinch!"
A principal at Manchester Elementary School in Nebraska banned Christmas last year. Her edict to teachers announced that
"we are not to be doing any Christmas or holiday-specific themed activities with students. Santa and Christmas items are not to be on activities or copies."
And the reason, of course, was that the schools had to be "inclusive." (Some 90 percent of Americans celebrate Christmas—somehow they weren't included in the principal's order.)
The principal even issued a comprehensive list of "not acceptable" practices. The principal's "naughty" list included Santas, Christmas trees, "Elf on the Shelf," Christmas music and movies, candy canes, reindeer, homemade ornament gifts, and even red and green items.
The principal's "acceptable" list included "Snowmen, snow women, snow people"—as well as "snowflakes" and "Gingerbread people." Also "acceptable" in this mad listing were "Sledding," "Hot chocolate," "Polar Bears," "Penguins," as well as "Scarves, boots, earmuffs, and hats." "Olaf," the snowman from the movie Frozen was okay, too.
+ + Demand Letter sparks speedy resolution
After learning about this outrage, Liberty Counsel sent a demand letter to the superintendent of Elkhorn Public Schools. The school district responded to Liberty Counsel's demand letter and promptly reversed the principal’s unconstitutional directive.
But that only happened because of the generosity of friends like YOU.
And right now, Liberty Counsel is back in court against the ACLU fighting two cases to defend liberty and defeat outrageous bullying efforts against Nativity scenes in two small communities.
We can win these cases, but if we don't fight back in court and expose the fallacy of their demands ... THE ACLU WILL WIN!
+ + The ACLU has a $100 million surplus in their war chest!
The ACLU has almost unlimited funds. In a few short months following the 2016 election, the ACLU raised more than $100 MILLION over and above what the organization normally raises. That is why they can go on the attack over and over again.
When confronted by the ACLU, two small Indiana communities turned to Liberty Counsel for legal help. We fight these battles against the ACLU at NO COST to our clients.
And you make it possible.
Thanks to friends like you, our Liberty Counsel team has answered the call from individuals, churches, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, countries, states, and others that have come under attack from groups like the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Freedom from Religion Foundation, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and other radical groups.
+ + Help fight Christmas "grinches" and freedom's foes
Please know this ... We will not be silenced by militant secularists. We will stand up to their intimidation tactics and their attempts to censor Christmas.
But we need a war chest to defeat them."
Will you help us meet this important challenge today? Click here to give your best gift possible.
Your kindness now means we'll be there to fight the next Christmas "grinch" in public school, to defend pro-life heroes like Sandra Merritt and to uphold the conscience rights of public servants like Kim Davis.
Thank you for your friendship, your support and your prayers!
May God bless you,
