Each day in America, some 2,500 helpless human victims lose their lives because of the Supreme Court's tragic 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

This detestable, unconstitutional opinion has exacted an untold price in human suffering due, in part, to the grief and guilt that strikes many moms and dads after they take their child's life by abortion. Far worse, Roe has stolen the lives of millions upon millions of innocent children.

Thankfully, there are now several cases working their way up to the High Court that could be used to overturn Roe v. Wade.

It is my firm belief that it is not a matter of if, but when, the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade.

As Justice Clarence Thomas declared just this summer, the Court must face its past abortion decisions.

"The notion that anything in the Constitution prevents States from passing laws prohibiting the dismembering of a living child is implausible," Thomas wrote in a concurring opinion.

Our victory last year before the Supreme Court in defending the rights of pro-life counseling centers is laying the groundwork for more victories as we work to protect the free-speech rights of pro-life citizens who are increasingly being targeted.

And we are defending Sandra Merritt in one of the most important pro-life battles in a generation. We're fighting the almost unlimited resources of Planned Parenthood and the state of California which conspired to rob Sandra of her First Amendment freedom and ruin her financially.

All because this brave grandmother went undercover to expose Planned Parenthood's gruesome business of harvesting and selling human body parts from aborted babies.

In addition, Liberty Counsel is suing the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for its unconstitutional buffer zone ordinance that restricts the constitutionally protected speech of pro-life counselors outside abortion clinics.

And we're defending pro-life sidewalk counselors who have been sued for counseling outside a Planned Parenthood facility built next to a junior high and grade school in Washington, DC.
