Churches Declare "Ten Commandments Sunday"

Feb 18, 2005

Many churches have declared February 27 as "Ten Commandments Sunday," and will gather on that day to pray for our Supreme Court case. There is still time to get your church to join this effort. We have posted a full-color flyer on our web site for your use in explaining the importance of this case.

Today, with only 12 days left to prepare for the Ten Commandments oral arguments, Mat Staver will participate in the second of four moot court sessions. During these intense practice sessions, attorneys drill Mat with the types of questions the Justices will ask on March 2.

Don't forget to become a "Defend the Ten" prayer partner.  Today, please pray specifically for: (1) continued protection for all of us at Liberty Counsel as we enter the final stage of this case; and (2) wisdom during the final editing of the Reply Brief, so that precisely the right words will be used.

The Time is Short ...

We will file our Reply Brief with the Supreme Court in a few short days.
