Three of Joe Biden’s Humpty Dumpty COVID-19 shot mandates “had a great fall” within weeks of each other when three federal judges temporarily blocked the mandates.

Hopefully, the mandates will follow the storyline of the famous nursery rhyme where “all the king’s horses and all the king’s men” couldn’t put them back together again. According to one judge’s opinion in Louisiana, Biden stepped out of bounds for wielding executive power reserved for the legislative branch alone.

To date, shot mandates that are blocked include:

1. OSHA, for employers with 100 or more employees (APPLIES NATIONWIDE).
2. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for health care workers (APPLIES NATIONWIDE).
3. Federal civilian contractors blocked for three states (KY, OH and TN).

Vice President of Legal Affairs & Chief Litigation Counsel at Liberty Counsel Harry Mihet said: “These injunctions DO NOT prohibit employers, large and small, or states, or schools, from imposing their OWN mandates, independent of Joe. These private actors, however, no longer have the convenient excuse that ‘Joe made us do it.’ If they impose their own mandates, and especially if they deny meritorious exemptions, they can and WILL be held legally liable. Joe can't excuse them or save them.”
