Thank you for signing our petition to members of Congress demanding they uphold states' rights and traditional marriage in the face of the antireligious bigotry in the so-called “Respect for Marriage Act.”

Liberty Counsel is passionate about defending the rights of Americans to live out their faith in public without fear of discrimination, fines or other more serious legal consequences. But those adverse legal outcomes are exactly what the co-sponsors of this bill would like to see happen to anyone who does not share in the destruction of traditional marriage.
