Pass the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act!
No Central Bank Digital Currencies now or EVER!
I am writing to vociferously object to the new Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) language the Senate has slipped into H.R. 6644, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
This language defies HR 1919, the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act — a bill that passed the House and which BANS CBDCs.
Instead, Section 1001 of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act ALLOWS CBDCs after four years — on January 1. 2031.
This is unacceptable! The American people, myself included, wholeheartedly REJECT the idea of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) being deployed against us. We will not tolerate this communist-style financial control scheme now, in five years, or EVER!
I demand the Senate immediately pass S. 1124 — the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act — which permanently bans CBDCs!
