Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to demand that Congress PERMANENTLY defund Big Abortion.

While President Trump issued an executive order to defund the world’s largest abortion provider, that executive order can be overturned by any future President.

Americans are tired of having our tax dollars used to fuel the murder of unborn children. That’s why I am respectfully demanding that Congress pass laws to permanently prevent any taxpayer dollars from ever again funding Planned Parenthood or any other abortion business, clinic, or provider.

I urge you to take ALL of the following actions to end this horrific evil:

  • Permanently block all tax dollars coming through Medicaid to pay for abortions (used currently in 18 states). Make that prohibition apply to ALL states and territories.
  • Block all Title X funds to Planned Parenthood and all other abortion providers.
  • Ban grants to any groups that offer funds or grants to abortion providers, thus laundering tax dollars unseen directly into the pockets of these abortion providers.
  • Direct all grant forms to include a box to be checked to verify no funds will go to abortion providers directly or indirectly. Include language that if it is incorrectly checked, it will make them liable for civil and criminal prosecution.
  • Enforce the Comstock Act, which prohibits using the mail to deliver abortion-inducing medications. This would directly impact about 50% of abortions in America.
  • Defund and disband the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. That office was built on the antiquated idea that there were too many Americans. Now we are seeing the financial impact of a lack of American workers and a decreasing workforce caused, in part, by this department.
  • Congress should pass a permanent ban on tax dollars going to fund abortions internationally with language similar to Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance Policy (aka Mexico City Policy).
