Today Liberty Counsel filed a Reply Brief at the Florida Supreme Court, arguing that The Florida Bar should remain neutral in the homosexual adoption controversy. The wisdom of the neutrality rule is obvious. The Bar is authorized to require compulsory membership for the limited purpose of regulating lawyers and advancing the science of jurisprudence. It may not become an advocate or a referee on politically divisive issues.

Onward Christian Law Students
A moot court team of two students from Liberty University School of Law was one of four teams crowned as champions for the region in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Washington, DC this month.
The Liberty team finished with a top record of 4-1 with wins over Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City, Gonzaga, and South Texas College of Law. They will join the other 23 Regional Champions for the National Finals in April and are now one of the top 24 moot court teams in the Nation.
