It’s April Fool’s Day, but our latest case before the U.S. Supreme Court is no joke. Five years after the COVID hysteria, NY Gov. Kathy Hochul is still robbing New Yorkers of their religious freedom rights. 

It’s insane that some politicians continue to peddle the COVID crisis to continue their ill-gotten tyrannical powers. But what happened to our clients is no laughing matter.

But NY Gov. Kathy Hochul demanded John and his employees violate their faith or risk losing their jobs and their medical licenses. Now, despite mountains of legal cases determining that no governor or politician can rob their citizens of religious freedom rights, NY Gov. Kathy Hochul refuses to obey clear federal law or the courts. She continues to irrationally insist she has more power than the Constitution and the federal government combined!

It’s been five years since Kathy Hochul and a host of other governors locked people in their houses — five years since Hochul banned people from leaving the state. She even sent state troopers to harass people who managed to escape NY, even briefly, during COVID. It’s been five years since Hochul unlawfully ordered every church closed, and every religious person to violate their faith and get the dangerous experimental shot or lose their job, their license to practice, their businesses, and their livelihoods.
