“Rescuers,” the newest episode featured tonight in the TV series Why Israel Matters, depicts how God has sent people to rescue those in peril. In one of the featured segments, Harold “Smoky” Simon, one of the founders of the Israel Air Force, gives a first-hand account of a defining moment in the survival of Israel in 1948.

The “Footsteps” episode, hosted by Mat Staver, Founder and President of Covenant Journey and Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, has been moved to May 9. You will not want to miss this episode when it airs.
