Tomorrow, pastors and concerned citizens are hosting a rally to support Chief Justice Roy Moore. The rally will occur at the Alabama Judicial Building, 300 Dexter Avenue, at 11a.m. CT on Saturday, May 21. This is not a political event, but rather a time to pray and support the Chief Justice. Kayla Moore, the Chief Justice’s wife, will speak during the rally.

 
Liberty Counsel is representing and vigorously defending Chief Justice Roy Moore against a politically motivated and baseless complaint filed with the Judicial Inquiry Committee (JIC) by the Southern Poverty Law Center and a transvestite who calls himself “Ambrosia Starling.” The JIC violated its own rules of confidentiality by intentionally leaking information about the charge to the media, and, even more importantly, by focusing on a legal interpretation of the law. The JIC has no authority to make legal determinations. It takes issue with Chief Justice Moore’s January 2016 Administrative Order. Only the Alabama Supreme Court has jurisdiction over that order and the Court did nothing to overrule that order.
