Judge Richard Posner of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has become a superstar to the homosexual rights movement after Tuesday’s appeals court hearing on Indiana and Wisconsin’s natural marriage amendments.

The positions of this Reagan-appointed judge are influenced by sexual deviant Alfred Kinsey, whose practices were shoddy, at best, and shockingly deviant and criminal at worst. Kinsey participated in or encouraged the sexual molestation of hundreds of children to gather “research data.”

Kinsey’s 1948 and 1953 books on human sexual behavior contain tables of information about sexual responses in children as young as 2 months old. A quick read of Table 35 in his book, Sexuality in the Human Male, leaves little doubt that Kinsey participated in criminal and disgusting behavior.

Despite Kinsey’s flawed and criminal propaganda, Judge Posner unashamedly relies upon Kinsey’s work. Writing in Sex and Reason, Judge Posner said, “The two Kinsey reports remain the high-water mark of descriptive sexology.”

It takes this kind of absurdity to say, as Judge Posner did on Tuesday, that marriage as one man and one woman derives from ‘a tradition of hate…and savage discrimination’ of homosexuals.”
