Mat Staver, President and General Counsel of Liberty Counsel, will be a on The Fox Report with Shepard Smith tonight. The topic is last week's ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in favor of the outrageous sex questionnaire given to public school children in Palmdale, California. The Court's opinion said that parents have absolutely no control over what schools tell their children.
The show will air at 7:00 p.m. (ET), with portions of the interview to be shown throughout the day on Fox News.

Religion in American Schools
This nation's founders believed that schools should teach religion. Nearly every student in American schools from 1690 until the early 1900s read The New England Primer. Along with many other religious lessons, this little book contains the Shorter Catechism. Of the 107 questions in the Catechism, 40 deal with the Ten Commandments. Using this book, students learned the alphabet and grammar along with Christian principles.
