We have just launched our seventh annual “Friend or Foe Christmas Campaign,” pledging to be a “Friend” to those who recognize Christmas and a "Foe" to those who censor it.

Again this year, Christian Educators Association International has joined our Campaign on behalf of tens of thousands of their members who are public school teachers and administrators. 

Over the past few years we successfully put the ‘grinches’ on the run. If a government entity censors Christmas in violation of the Constitution, then we will first seek to educate but, if necessary, we will litigate.

If retailers choose to profit from Christmas while pretending it does not exist, then we will patronize their competitors. We publish a "Naughty and Nice" list to catalog retailers who either censor or recognize Christmas.

We are offering a special Help Save Christmas™ action pack, which includes educational legal memoranda to educate government officials, teachers, parents, students, private businesses, employees, and others that it is legal to celebrate Christmas. The action pack also includes an "I ♥ CHRISTmas™" window cling, bumper stickers, buttons and other items.

Healthcare Bill Passes House But Faces Hurdles in Senate

On Saturday the House passed a massive government healthcare bill by a 220 to 215 vote. The bill was supported by 219 Democrats and one Republican and was opposed by 39 Democrats and 176 Republicans.  

The bill would not have passed without an amendment prohibiting abortion funding. The amendment was a positive addition, but this is not a "pro-life bill" by any means. It still contains many objectionable provisions including end-of-life counseling and will lead to rationing of services. Whenever the government is involved, you will have abuse, fraud, waste and fewer choices.

Now the Senate must decide whether to support the House version or another version. In any event, healthcare reform is likely to have a much harder time in the Senate.
