Won a four-year case filed against Pastor Scott Lively by Sexual Minorities of Uganda (SMUG) and financed by radical billionaire George Soros in which SMUG accused the pastor of international “crimes against humanity” for sharing the biblical view of marriage in Uganda in 2002 and 2009.

• Successfully defended Tom Parker, former Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, against a complaint filed by the Southern Poverty Law Center who sought to remove him from the Court. Liberty Counsel filed suit and a federal court ruled that a speech restriction in the Alabama Canons of Judicial Ethics violates the First Amendment.  After the case was settled, Justice Parker won election to become Chief Justice.
• Defeated an unconstitutional policy in Indiana and gained the right for Child Evangelism Fellowship to have equal access and equal treatment for its after-school Good News Clubs.
