The lawsuit seems designed to bankrupt Lively and Liberty Counsel. This year alone, the case has involved tens of thousands of pages of documents, multiple depositions and over 300 pages of legal argument.
• Litigating a case that has reached the Virginia Supreme Court, regarding a school boards’ illegal policy on “sexual orientation,” “gender identity” and “gender expression.”
