• We WON a huge case on behalf of California churches against Governor Newsom's “no worship” bans, which prohibited more than 99% of Californians from attending church.

• We still have pending federal lawsuits in Maine, Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois against out-of-control governors who banned churches from gathering.

• The Supreme Court will hear our free speech case against Boston. The city refused to allow equal access to its public flagpole (where it has allowed hundreds of other secular flags) for a resident to fly the Christian flag on Constitution Day. The High Court will hear oral argument in January with a decision expected by June 2022.

None of these battles can be won without your prayers and generous gifts! Liberty Counsel can win when we show up to the fight. The only limit on confronting every threat is resources, but your gift can bring victory to those who need it most.
