Gearing Up for Battle

Liberty Counsel is preparing for an increase in legal attacks to the foundation of what we hold dear in America. Our adversaries have been flooded with donations by raising a battle cry against biblical values and common sense. They are promising to intimidate and litigate to prevent the victory of November's election from having any effect.

We cannot let them go unanswered!  As we stand on the cusp of a new year, a new administration and new chapter in America - we cannot waste the efforts that got us here.

Liberty Counsel is uniquely trained, with expert attorneys that have an incredible track record for restoring freedoms! Our opponents are well-funded, well-rested, and often put half a dozen lawyers up against a single Liberty Counsel attorney, but consistently God allows us to win.
 
Our teams have dozens and dozens of cases on their desks right now, and we consistently work above and beyond, even into the wee morning hours, when facing deadlines. However, each year we have hundreds and hundreds of requests! We routinely have to turn down cases just because our staff is already overworked. We cannot meet the impending onslaught alone.

Our future effectiveness hings on the resources that we have to put towards each case on our desk.  We promise that we will be responsible with your money. A full 100% of the donations received over the past two years have gone to our vital educational and legal programs.

  • Call in your credit card donation to 407-875-1776, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET;
  • Donate a vehicle (car, truck, RV or boat) by calling 1-877-CHARITY
     and designate Liberty Counsel to receive the sale proceeds. Our federal tax ID number is 59-2986294;
  • Make a gift of stock or property and deduct the fair market value. Call 407-875-1776 and we will assist you;
  • Order books and other resources from Liberty Counsel's secure online store.
  • Remember to include Liberty Counsel in your will or estate plan.
