On Sunday, a federal judge in San Francisco issued a mixed ruling in Planned Parenthood's civil lawsuit seeking millions from citizen journalist and pro-life hero Sandra Merritt.

Sandra, whom Liberty Counsel represents, went undercover to expose Planned Parenthood's gruesome trade in human body parts. Sandra revealed to the world how Planned Parenthood harvests organs from the defenseless preborn babies and distributed the body parts for sale.

Stung and infuriated, the abortion giant slapped Merritt with a 15-count federal lawsuit.

In his ruling, Judge William H. Orrick sided with Planned Parenthood’s claim regarding alleged “trespass” at a Texas abortion facility. This is contrary to the law because you cannot trespass when you are an invited guest. Planned Parenthood’s remaining claims will proceed to trial, to begin on October 2 in San Francisco.

The trial is expected to last 4-6 weeks and will be extremely expensive.
