Planned Parenthood took a hit last week when jurors watched a shocking ABC News 20/20 report from 2000 revealing baby body parts trafficking inside a Planned Parenthood abortion facility.

And yesterday in court, Planned Parenthood took a second hit when its attempt to undo the damage backfired in a big way.

Like Sandra Merritt, ABC went undercover to investigate baby body parts trafficking. (Unlike Sandra, however, Planned Parenthood didn’t sue ABC for millions in a baseless revenge suit). The ABC report captured on hidden camera a greedy pathologist bragging at dinner about the enormous income he made selling organs harvested from babies.

In the 20/20 video, over lobster bisque and roast duck, Dr. Miles Jones revealed that his business earned up to $50,000 a week selling organs and tissue from little boys and girls killed in abortion facilities. And that his real cost per baby was just $50 plus overhead.

The ABC News 20/20 report which jurors watched revealed a stunning price list offering spinal cords for $325, gonads for $550, and brains for $999.

“That represents greed,” former organ procurement technician Dean Alberty told ABC in the nineteen-year-old video.

Alberty, a star witness on the ABC investigative report, blew the whistle after his troubled conscience spurred him to reveal the awful truth about what he saw and did while working in a Kansas Planned Parenthood abortion facility.

But yesterday in a San Francisco federal courtroom, Planned Parenthood attacked Alberty’s credibility. Attorneys for the abortion giant cited an affidavit Alberty signed in which he said he had “no personal knowledge” his employer, Dr. Miles Jones, reaped a profit from the sale of fetal tissue.

But it’s patently obvious Jones pocketed tens of thousands in ill-got gains from selling body parts of little babies. Plus, “personal knowledge” is a legal term that only means Alberty was not an actual eyewitness to the claim he made.

And when Planned Parenthood waved the affidavit yesterday in the face of David Daleiden, Sandra’s colleague in exposing Planned Parenthood, David had the perfect comeback.

“He never recanted his sworn testimony of seeing fetuses cut open with their hearts still beating in a Kansas Planned Parenthood center,” Daleiden replied.

Boom!

Not only did David insert fresh information about what Alberty saw—but he reminded jurors that this gruesome horror took place inside a Planned Parenthood abortion facility.

By the way, Alberty testified under oath to a House subcommittee in 2000 that he blew the whistle and went public after . . .

“watching late-term abortions, seeing their eyes looking at me as I cut through their skull to extract their brain for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's patients, cutting open their chest cavity, only to see a beating heart moving ever so slowly until it stopped.”
