The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a dangerous group intent on trying to destroy this ministry, has mounted a vicious legal attack against Liberty Counsel. They are out for blood!

You probably know about their false labeling of groups that disagree with them on marriage and the LGBT agenda. Now, the SPLC has taken its attacks to a whole new level in order to destroy Liberty Counsel in an outrageous civil lawsuit.

This lawsuit was designed to send notice that any individual or organization that opposes the radical LGBT and anti-faith agenda will be punished or even destroyed.

Because of this attack lawsuit, we are forced to mount a rigorous defense that is costing us a great deal of money and time. All just to defeat this baseless filing.

We are already buried in "discovery" requests. And we face invasive, time-consuming depositions in the months ahead.

This is a battle for the right of law-abiding citizens to defend Judeo-Christian values without the threat of punitive lawsuits designed to cripple or destroy them!

The legal strategy of our defense against this SPLC attack establishes very clearly that, on the facts and the law, we can prevail. But the more we research what has transpired, the more it becomes apparent that Liberty Counsel has been specifically targeted for attack.

Our adversaries want to destroy Liberty Counsel and anyone who doesn't support the LGBT agenda. They have even tried to ban me from court so that I can't fight on behalf of people of faith who are coming under attack.
