I was included when the Southern Poverty Law Center filed lawsuits against both Liberty Counsel and me in both Vermont and Virginia.

The SPLC and its allies are intent on shutting Liberty Counsel down and even attempted to ban me from the nation's courtrooms. All because we dare to stand on behalf of the God-ordained definition of marriage.

And the SPLC's crusade against Liberty Counsel will only intensify in the year ahead. We face invasive, time-consuming and expensive depositions in the SPLC lawsuit in coming months.

But that's just one of our challenges. Liberty Counsel is fighting Planned Parenthood and the state of California as we square off in defense of pro-life hero Sandra Merritt. We're also defending our right as Americans to honor Christmas in public places as we battle the ACLU in two key Nativity scene cases in Indiana. And the list goes on and on.
