House and Senate Marxists are getting desperate. They keep tipping their hand. The revelations coming out this week are astonishing.

While the numbers and the names on the bills keep changing, their intended result remains the same—to stop states from enacting election reform and to legalize election fraud. First it was HR 1, then S 1, then S 2093, and now the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

That series of bills have one common factor—the Democrat party’s ability to fix elections to their desired outcome. And now Democrats are so desperate, their talking points bluntly lay out the case.

Yesterday, I wrote that Nancy Pelosi admitted she cannot pass gun control until Democrats pass the election fraud bill. This week, Pelosi’s minions repeated the same talking points to the media.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) told CNN earlier this week, "If we deliver
[S 1], we maintain power in 2022. If we don't ... we risk losing power and risk this moment to really push a progressive agenda.”

Joe Biden wants his DOJ in your precinct and voting booth. ...

Perhaps one of the most chilling elements of the John Lewis Act is the “preclearance provision,” which puts Joe Biden’s DOJ in charge of even the most minute details of your state and local election.

If a state wants to pass voter ID laws, Biden’s DOJ has veto power.

If a state tries to purge dead voters from rolls, the DOJ must approve.

If a state forbids voter registration of illegal aliens, prisoners and felons who have not served time or paid their debt, Biden’s DOJ can veto the action.

In fact, any changes—even a minute change like moving the voting area within a community center from Room A across the hall to Room B—must be preapproved in advance by Biden’s DOJ.

And you can forget about any kind of state or local election integrity matters like recounts, because Joe Biden’s DOJ will insist on taking that power away from state and local officials as well.

The recount in Arizona could never happen under these election fraud bills, because Biden’s DOJ would never allow it. The Justice Department already tried to stop Arizona’s recount earlier this month. Thankfully, Arizona’s attorney general is a strong constitutionalist and successfully pushed back. But under these election fraud bills, Arizona would have to get permission from Washington.

If these election fraud measures pass, it won’t matter what you, your state or even Arizona’s AG have to say—the Marxists will have sealed their power over every future election.

The pressure to pass election fraud-enabling bills is insane. Shockingly, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) voiced support for the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and may jump ship to join the Democrats!

This won’t give the Democrats 60 votes, but they will have a majority. This massive expansion of the federal government to micromanage every minute detail of elections will require billions of dollars. That is why they will try to tie this election fraud bill to budget reconciliation—which only requires 51 votes.

Alternatively, after voting on the budget but before the gavel ends the session, they will call for a “voice vote.” We are working with senators to guard the floor every minute to object and force a full vote.

We CANNOT allow America to devolve into a morass of communist ideals controlled by a handful of elite Marxist ideologues determined to turn Americans into serfs. Join me in demanding that Congress REJECT these election fraud bills!

In addition to fighting this attempt to legalize election fraud, our legal team was just in a San Francisco court defending Sandra Merritt. She faces criminal charges for her undercover videos documenting Planned Parenthood abortion clinics harvesting and selling baby body parts. The prosecution was begun by Kamala Harris and carried on by Xavier Beccera (now secretary of Health and Human Services). We are preparing for a several-month trial later this year.
