As the Senate begins its "impeachment" trial farce, it is clear the same officials who really do encourage violence -- and then lie about it -- are the same ones who couldn't care less about the Constitution. Below, I will share what some of these lawless legislators have said in their own words. Read on. -- Mat

After violence, damage, and the death of a former police officer, who do you think said: "This is a movement, I'm telling you. They're not gonna stop. And everyone beware because they're not gonna stop...And everyone should take note of that. They're not gonna let up and they should not."

That was then-Senator Kamala Harris. She was speaking just days after the death of retired police officer David Dorn, and after BLM rioters had stormed the White House on August 29, just last summer.

BLM leaders had called for the White House to be burned to the ground, and everyone in it to be "put in their *** graves." The assault on the White House injured 60 Secret Service members, sent 11 of them to the hospital and destroyed six government vehicles.

But that was apparently OK with Harris, who personally joined another protest in Washington, DC!

And Harris is not alone in her calls for ACTUAL violence. In fact, most of the loudest Trump impeachment supporters have been more than outspoken in their support of the Antifa/BLM riots of 2020. Many of these officials encouraged the violence that tore apart major cities across the country for months last year, causing billions of dollars in damage.

"Please don't just come here today and then go home...Go to the Hill today. Get up and, please, get up in the face of some congresspeople." -- Sen. Corey Booker (D-NJ)

"If you think we are rallying now, you ain't seen nothing yet...No peace, No sleep...If you see anybody [the crowd disagrees with] in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd, and you push back on them and you tell them that they are not welcome anymore, anywhere." -- Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA)

"I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country. And maybe there will be." -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)

Even when Antifa formed an actual insurrection, capturing and occupying several blocks of Seattle, Washington, renaming it the "C.H.O.P." in homage to the French Revolution's guillotines and guarding their territory with shots fired and displaying their rifles, elected officials now demanding Trump's hide continued to cheer the self-described Antifa thugs.

Yet, these same folks who called for, encouraged, and assisted the Antifa/BLM insurrections, riots, and destruction now want Trump impeached for the benign comments he delivered in his January 6 address to his supporters.

The House presented no witness and no evidence because the actual timeline does not support their narrative. The incursion into the Capitol building began long before Trump ended his speech.

Having read these politician's statements, one can come to no other conclusion than this sham trial is nothing more than a political witch hunt.

More importantly, ONLY sitting presidents may be impeached, and ONLY if the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presides over the trial. Donald Trump is no longer president. The Article of Impeachment was not delivered to the Senate until after the Inauguration. A private citizen cannot be impeached.

As if to further emphasize the purely political and illegal nature of this "impeachment," Democrats have appointed Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) to act in Chief Justice Roberts' place, making Leahy both judge and juror.

The calls for riots and violence were not only uttered by sitting Democrat members of the House and Senate, including Chuck Schumer, but also by Joe Biden himself!

And don't forget the gaggle of Democrat governors and mayors who supported the riots and violence. These people do not like objective truth, and thus the Constitution causes them heartburn.

In California, even as Antifa and BLM were terrorizing California cities, Gov. Gavin Newsom told rioters to "Keep it up!" But even as Newsom encouraged rioters, he made attending church illegal.

Speaking of impeaching the Constitution, the NO WORSHIP ban in California ended early Saturday morning!

California has had the worst church restrictions in the nation--for 323 days--until around 1:00 AM when the Supreme Court ruled in our favor.

Gov. Gavin Newsom banned ALL indoor worship for 99.9% of Californians. Punishments for being "caught" going to church include $1,000 in fines and one year in jail per incident.

CA Gov. Gavin Newsom imposed a NO WORSHIP ban on March 19, 2020. For a short period of 48 days during the ban, he "allowed" no more than 100 people to worship. Then he rescinded the "privilege" on July 13. Violators of the ongoing oppression face the threat of jail and fines.
