Kansas City, Missouri, was among the first U.S. cities to attempt mass surveillance of its citizens under the guise of slowing the COVID pandemic. In May 2020, the city demanded that churches hand over on demand the names, addresses and contact information of every attendee.

Liberty Counsel was able to stop Kansas City's overt bid for government control. But the Biden administration has a plan to federalize mass surveillance and vaccination of citizens via their cell phones.

Eleven months ago, Liberty Counsel warned that lawless government officials would use COVID as an excuse to implement government control. Every citizen's movement would be tracked, every contact with friends, family and the general public traced. We warned that, like a bad science fiction movie, it would be used to control your movements and lock you in your own home.

Sadly, this scenario is not science fiction. It is happening around the world. And now the Biden administration intends to bring it to the United States of America. On March 2, 2021, the Biden administration presented a PowerPoint to agencies to roll out the vaccine passports.

Last year, the Chinese government ordered all citizens to download an app to their cell phones. The app ostensibly stops the spread of COVID by regulating where people can go. The color green gives a person access to all areas of society. Yellow allows individuals to leave their home but limits travel or attendance at public venues. Red means the person MUST stay home—or else.

As the weeks wore on, China added more qualifications and conditions to its COVID app, including vaccination status. But even more disturbing is what else China is now tracking. Now the Chinese COVID app collects and tracks contacts, individual movements and everything that happens on their phones—and it even harvests data on frequent associates and regular contacts.

To get an idea of just how invasive the China COVID app is, consider this: If a Chinese citizen is in debt, his or her phone will broadcast that fact to all other phones in the vicinity every time that person goes out in public.

And when the Chinese government doesn't want a person to move around, they simply switch that person's app color to red. That citizen is then no longer allowed to enter any public place, as the mobile app is checked at the door of every store, building or restaurant. Red restricts citizens to their homes, whether they have COVID or not.

What ostensibly began to control the spread of COVID is now being used to suppress the people. And Biden wants to bring this liberty-killing travesty here!

Despite White House press secretary Jen Psaki's denials, we have a copy of Biden's vaccine plan PowerPoint (available on our website). And there is no question the Biden administration intends to make digital "health and vaccine" passports compulsory. Some tyranny-minded governors in several states are following suit.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who sent tens of thousands of the elderly to their deaths by putting COVID patients into nursing homes, launched his COVID control app just last week. Cuomo is attempting to use the app, called "Excelsior," to prevent people from entering public places and events ... just like China.

New Yorkers who have not yet fled the state for freer shores are now "allowed" to attend "theaters, major stadiums and arenas, wedding receptions, catered events and other events," according to a state-issued press release, IF their vaccine passport shows they have had the shot.

Our government officials are not God. We WILL NOT let them destroy America's precious liberty.

In a newly released 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court cited Liberty Counsel's case defending Harvest Rock Church as it issued an emergency injunction Friday night pending appeal for home Bible studies in California.

The High Court's ruling said: "This is the fifth time the Court has summarily rejected the Ninth Circuit's analysis of California's COVID restrictions on religious exercise. See Harvest Rock Church v. Newsom.... "

The Court went on to summarize the very arguments that we have been arguing and litigating in courts across the nation for a full year now.
