On July 1, the Supreme Court ruled that Arizona’s ban on election fraud activities like ballot harvesting is not a violation of the Voting Rights Act. Now, Democrats are more desperate than ever to pass a “new” law that will codify ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting and a litany of other election fraud-enabling practices.

Indeed, during the “emergency” hearing in the House last week, Democrats pushed the “John Lewis Voting Rights Act” (JL Act) that would give total control of all election matters to the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ)!

As we continue to celebrate Independence Day 2021, let us also take a stand for the free and fair, one person-one vote election process that helped make America great.

Don’t let congressional Democrats turn America into a “banana republic” with corrupt elections. Even if you have faxed before, now it is critical to send a message to every member of the HOUSE AND SENATE to STOP THIS BILL! Then, keep reading as I share shocking statistics concerning election fraud below.

The House or the Senate could vote any time on the JL Act that, among other things, mandates nationwide “preclearance” (preapproval) from the DOJ over every detail of every election.

This bill that will create even more opportunities to buy, steal or cheat in our elections on a massive scale. If this bill passes, we will never be able to restore election integrity. It will make it impossible to find fraud before it is too late because of its same-day registration provision.

Why is this so critical? One type of fraud—one of the easiest types to detect—is called “duplicate voting.” A duplicate or double voter is one who has two registrations with the same name or a variation of it, perhaps adding a middle initial or other ruse.

Double voting may well have caused about 83% of the vote gap between Trump and Biden in Georgia in 2020’s general election. In Georgia alone, there were 9,899 double voters in 2018. Two years prior, there was a similar number, 9,619 double voters. Keep in mind, in 2020, the difference between Biden and Trump in Georgia was only 11,779 votes.

This single category of fraud could account for 83% of the difference between the candidates in Georgia.

This doesn’t consider any of the fraud from nursing home ballot trafficking, mail-in vote fraud, voting by dead people, votes by underage youth or out-of-state registrants, or students voting after they graduated and moved out of state.

The Arizona law that the Supreme Court upheld bans ballot harvesting and requires a designated precinct on Election Day. These commonsense measures would be overturned by the JL Act.

Georgia recently passed an excellent election reform law that includes a voter ID provision that tightens the state’s standards. So has Florida. The Biden DOJ has filed suit against Georgia. The JL Act would give the DOJ absolute control over every election. America would be doomed because WE COULD NEVER AGAIN HAVE FAIR ELECTIONS!

Don’t think that Georgia is the only state with double voting. In Michigan, there were 7,140 duplicate voters in 2016 and another 6,457 in 2018. North Carolina also had the same problem. In 2016, there were 9,734 duplicate voters. In 2018, it was 7,026. If that number held steady in 2020, this one type of fraud would have erased 10% of the margin Trump won by in North Carolina.

The JL Act will put the Biden DOJ in charge of every election. The Deep State DOJ will control the future of America!

Biden called HR 1 his party’s “trophy legislation.” Speaker Pelosi said the entire Democrat agenda depends on passing HR 1. It is essential because they know election fraud will enable the Democrats to dominate the House and the Senate. And the JL Act is even worse than HR 1/S 1.

The JL Act will do all the following:

1) Automatically register people (not limited to citizens) to vote as young as 16.

2) Remove election authority from the states and place the DOJ in control of our voting system.

3) Ban voter ID, provide same-day registration, permit voting at any precinct and expand ballot harvesting.

4) Threaten jail and fines to election officials or volunteers who question the legitimacy of a voter, mass-mail ballots and presume mail-in ballots are valid, no matter their flaws.
