Our case, Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden, is moving quickly. We filed last Friday, and on Monday, the federal court set an expedited hearing.

Military chaplains tell us the service members in all branches are being abused and pressured in ways they have never witnessed before.

One of our plaintiffs, named “U.S. Coast Guard Chaplain” in our lawsuit, shared that the chaplains are being ordered to harass service members about their religious beliefs.

“Ask the member whether they have undergone any specific classes or studies” associated with their doctrine.

“Ask if their doctrinal beliefs include putting others’ welfare above their own, and what that might mean in relation to taking a vaccine.” If their religion believes in helping others, then how can the service member object to the COVID shots?

If they object to the shots because they used aborted fetal cells in testing or development, then ask if they have ever taken Tylenol, aspirin … and the list goes on. This question is a trap and is irrelevant. Tylenol was discovered in 1955, long before aborted fetal cells were used for testing.

The Constitution forbids government intrusion into the religious doctrine of its citizens. But Biden acts as if there is no First Amendment! Our lawsuit will give him a refresher course.

The government has no business making determinations of whether a person’s faith is legitimate or not, or even discussing the correctness of their beliefs. Past generations fought, bled and died to secure every American’s freedom of religion!
