Reuben loves his job with an aerospace company focused on launching Department of Defense and NASA rockets. His highly technical skills “serve and protect” our service members. He has been part of 145 launches with 100% success, involving billions of dollars worth of satellites.

Reuben’s Christian convictions prevent him from receiving the COVID shots because all of them were developed and/or tested using aborted fetal cells.

Reuben submitted a religious exemption letter to his employer. Over a month later, HR sent him a form demanding he attest that he never has and never will take a host of medications HR falsely claimed were developed using fetal cell lines, including Tylenol. Yet all the medications on the list were developed and brought to market before fetal cells were used.

That form also required Reuben to agree he would abide by requirements in a separate “accommodation approval form,” but neither the form nor the standards had even been developed. Yet, unless he signed that form, Reuben would be terminated.

Many of Reuben’s co-workers have received medical exemptions without “special accommodations.” However, religious exemption requests are being routinely denied. When challenged as to why, HR said it was due to “the high volume of requests to accommodate that qualified under the sincerely held belief prong of the analysis.”

In other words, too many of the religious faithful were requesting exemptions from the shots, so the company denied them all.

On November 15, we will be in court to block the mandates in our class action lawsuit—Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden.

Reuben estimates the company could stand to lose 20–25% of its workforce if the religious exemption holdouts continue to stand their ground. As for Reuben, “I cannot compromise my faith in God, my commitment to acting consistent with His will and my beliefs, even if it means losing the most interesting, best position I have ever held and the income source that it is.”

Liberty Counsel is defending Reuben along with military members, federal employees and civilian contractors in our class action lawsuit against Biden. Our lawsuit could free every person from Biden’s mandates.

My staff members on the call cried with her … and yet there were 899 more people on that same call with similar stories and fears. And today, we will have yet another call with 700 to 1,000 people. Please, pray for all of them.
