Just weeks ago, attorneys for the Department of Defense assured a federal court that no adverse actions would be taken against service members while their religious exemptions were pending. Yet today, those same religious exemption seekers face separation. We will soon return to the same court in the case of Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden.

Casey left graduate school to defend her country in the wake of the 9/11 attacks on America. The Air Force sent Casey to flight school, and then off to wars in Iraq and later Afghanistan, where she flew extremely dangerous combat missions over these war-torn countries.

Casey is now a lieutenant colonel with 19 years of service to her country. Her skills as a combat pilot are so well honed that she was promoted to instructor and named a “subject matter expert” for the entire military. She estimates the military has spent at least 5 million dollars training her to be the expert on whom they now rely.

But those skills and training apparently mean nothing to Joe Biden because he’s willing to fire yet another highly skilled military professional for requesting a religious exemption from his unlawful shot mandates.

Ironically, Casey was asked to take on a new role as a “diversity” officer for the Air Force earlier this year. She is now being discriminated against because of her steadfast refusal to abandon her Christian faith. So much for diversity!

As published in AFI 36-7001 and AFPD 36-70, “The Air Force broadly defines diversity to include ‘spiritual perspectives.’"

But the Air Force no longer seems interested in complying with its own diversity rules or goals ...

“I never thought I would experience discrimination from my Air Force leaders based on my spiritual perspectives and sincerely held religious beliefs, nor did I believe I would be placed in the position of conflict between my faith and a military order,” wrote Casey in her sworn affidavit for our case Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden.

“I find myself being forced to decide whether to follow God’s guidance and direction and be kicked out of the service or get a vaccine in order to protect my ability to serve our country, feed my family and secure a retirement.”

Casey says she loves God and country. She wants to remain true to her faith and obedience to God while continuing to serve her country. But Biden isn’t giving her that choice.

Casey is eligible for retirement in just a few months, but even that will not rescue her from Joe’s jabs. Our clients are being told they will not be allowed to retire if they have not had the shots.

If Casey does not take the shots, her 19 years of hard work and dedication will be for naught. She will lose her job, her retirement and all the benefits she’s earned serving her country. Casey says, “My conscience will not allow me to [take the shots] based on the guidance I have been provided via the Word of the Lord and the counsel of the Holy Spirit."

As of December 7, 2021, the Air Force has a COVID survival rate of 99.9998 percent.

There have been zero USAF pilot deaths from COVID. Casey surmises that military pilots have not been “at risk” because they must maintain physical fitness far above the average Air Force member in order to pass a flight physical.

No comorbidities that create health complications in the natural immune response are allowed. While Casey does not know any pilots who have suffered severe illness from COVID, she does personally know several military pilots who have had adverse reactions to the shots.

The U.S. military knows the shots are dangerous, too. On June 29, the military published a study in the Journal of American Medical Association Cardiology, “Myocarditis Following Immunization With mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines in Members of the US Military,” admitting that the COVID jabs cause myocarditis and pericarditis. Either one of these heart conditions will “ground” a pilot and can be fatal.

Casey does not want to risk her soul or her health. Casey does not want to be thrown out of the Air Force because of her Christian faith. All she and the rest of our clients in Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden want is to have their legal RIGHT to religious exemptions honored. And as a diversity officer, Casey is determined to make the Air Force follow the rules and the law—no more discriminating against Christians!
