Joe Biden is in trouble. Americans are tired of having their freedom and livelihoods forfeited to the whims of Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci. And it seems the courts are growing tired of Biden’s abject rejection of the law.

Biden’s mandates are being struck down one by one.

• 11-30-21 - Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove (KY) grants preliminary injunction against mandate for federal contractors in OH, KY & TN.
• 12-7-21 - Judge Stan Baker (GA) grants nationwide injunction against mandate for federal contractors in a lawsuit brought by a trade group and AL, GA, ID, KS, SC, UT & WV.
• 12-15-21 - Judge Dee Drell grants preliminary injunction regarding federal contracts and grants with the states of IN, LA & MS.
• 12-20-21 - Judge David Noce (MO) grants preliminary injunction against mandate for federal contractors in AK, AR, IA, MO, MT, ND, NE, NH, SD & WY. 
• 12-22-21 - Judge Steven Merryday (FL) grants preliminary injunction against mandate for federal contractors in FL. 
• 12-31-21 - Judge James “Wesley” Hendrix (TX) grants preliminary injunction against Head Start shot mandate in TX.
• 1-1-22 - Judge Terry A. Doughty (LA) grants preliminary injunction against Head Start mandate in AK, AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV & WY.
• 1-13-22 - SCOTUS (6-3) issues a stay against OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) mandate, and as of today, the OSHA rule has been repealed.
• 1-21-22 - Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown (TX) grants preliminary injunction against mandate for federal workers nationwide.

But Joe Biden is unrepentant, and several mandates still stand.

Liberty Counsel is leading the way to strike down every one of Joe’s unlawful orders.

Health Care Workers: Liberty Counsel has filed class action lawsuits in Illinois, Maine and New York on behalf of health care workers unlawfully refused religious accommodation and fired from their jobs.

Our Maine case is pending before the Supreme Court. We are asking the Court to take the case for a full review of the merits.

While the Supreme Court upheld Biden’s shot mandate for health care businesses that receive Medicare and Medicaid, the Court also noted the law provides that employees are entitled to medical and religious exemptions.

These brave health care heroes worked tirelessly throughout the worst of the pandemic. These professionals also personally treated thousands of COVID shot victims.

Having borne witness to the shocking aftermath of these minimally tested drugs, religious doctors, nurses and other health care professionals are doubling down on their demand to have their religious exemptions honored. Yet, they are all being unceremoniously (and unlawfully) kicked to the curb.

We represent people like Bob* and Nancy*, who sold their home and moved cross country after they were asked to help provide health care to one of Maine’s most remote communities. Yet, after upending their lives to help the people of Maine and spending nearly a risk-filled year working through the pandemic, Nancy was fired from her nursing job, and Bob was kicked out of nursing school! Both ejections were punishments for refusing to reject their deeply held religious convictions against the shots.

The firing of so many shot refusers has left many hospitals so severely short-staffed that Biden has sent military medical personnel to shore up hospital staffing.

But Biden is running into a problem with military personnel as well.

Military: Liberty Counsel’s class action lawsuit against the Biden administration continues to defend members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Reservists against Joe’s unlawful jabs.
