TODAY, our client, a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, will be placed on the Officer Disciplinary Notebook (ODN). Placement on the ODN—a database for reporting and tracking officer misconduct and substandard performance—makes her ineligible for command, Permanent Change of Station orders, promotion, Professional Military Education, career level schools, deployments and all other normal career progressions, including retirement.

In addition, being placed on the ODN will initiate a Board of Inquiry Process, whereby Lt. Col. Mary* will be required to go before an administrative hearing to determine whether she should be stripped of her commission and removed from the military for “misconduct.”

Last week, I wrote to you about one of our clients, Mary*, whose testimony seems like it would be enough to move mountains. As a teen, Mary was brutally raped, and aborted the child that resulted from that trauma. She later married a fellow Marine who introduced her to Christ, through whom she found redemption and grace.

As you may recall, both Mary* and her husband, George*, are active-duty Marines who now use their spare time for ministry, teaching redemption and God’s grace. Having found that grace after abortion, there is no way that Mary or George will take a drug made with or tested on aborted human embryos.

Mary and her husband both delivered powerful religious accommodation requests (RAR) detailing their convictions as well as Mary’s story. While her testimony is enough to move mountains, it did not move Biden’s DOD. The appeals for Mary and George have been unlawfully denied.

Before the COVID mandates came down, Mary’s years of sacrifice for the Marines and our country were rewarded with her most recent promotion to lead a command in the Middle East. She will now be removed from eligibility for command.

Mary’s Christian faith has made her a better person and a better Marine. But because she is a committed Christian who will not sacrifice her principles, Mary is being placed on the ODN, which is a death sentence for her military career. She will be booted out UNLESS the judge STOPS THE ABUSE.

Shot refusers are now being labeled "religious extremists."

We received a call Monday night from a group of soldiers stationed in South Korea. The men on the call are all Christians refusing the shots over aborted fetal tissue being used in development and/or testing. These men were recently brought into a closed room where they were badgered for hours to get them to deny their faith principles and take the jab.

Shockingly, commanders informed the soldiers that their refusal to reject their religious convictions and failing to take the COVID jabs made them “religious extremists.”

In 2009, Janet Napolitano, Barack Obama’s secretary of homeland security, issued a report on “Right Wing Extremists” in which she included veterans.

In March 2021, Biden’s defense secretary, Lloyd Austin, released a memo and directives redefining what the military considers “extremism” and calling for immediate training and implementation on these new policies throughout all military branches to eradicate any trace of extremism. That sounds reasonable, until you learn who Biden and Austin consider “extremists.”

People who love Jesus are NOT extremists! Don’t let Biden run Christians out of the military!

Austin issued a 17-page training directive titled “Extremism and Insider Threat in the DOD,” adapted from language developed by the DOD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center.

Several of the training slides specifically reference Christians in context with “religious extremism,” including one slide that paints Christians as white supremacists, saying “Christian extremism is often conflated with white supremacy for a joint ideology focused on racial and religious purity which they believe to be God's intention.”

Reports also reveal that service members who identify as evangelicals or Catholics are watched as being “possibly extreme.”

Between Secretary Austin’s memo and the DOD’s current actions, it is abundantly clear that Joe Biden is purging the military of its religious faithful—especially Christians.

Liberty Counsel has filed for an emergency injunction to stop Biden from kicking even one more of our honorable Christian military men and women out of the service. Please pray for a good result.
