On Sunday, Judge Steven Merryday ordered the Biden administration to turn over additional documentation no later than Wednesday, February 16. The Navy, Marines and Air Force must submit copies of the last 25 religious exemptions that have been denied.
This is a good indication that the judge will rule not only on plaintiffs Commander Charles* and Lieutenant Colonel Mary* who testified at our most recent hearing but will include all our plaintiffs and the entire United States military. Please be in prayer for a good result! — Mat

Last Thursday, February 10, Liberty Counsel returned to court to stop the outrageous abuse of mainly Christian military members by Joe Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD).
Two weeks ago, we won a temporary restraining order preventing the military from taking any further negative action against two of our plaintiffs who were scheduled for discipline following the denial of their religious exemptions to the COVID shots.
Help us STOP JOE BIDEN’s RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION against Faithful Military Members!
While this hearing focused on the two military members who faced imminent discipline, the court also has before it a request to grant relief for all the plaintiffs in our class action suit and a request to certify the class to cover all military members who submitted religious accommodation requests.
Two of the multiple plaintiffs in the case were scheduled to be disciplined February 2 and 3 after their appeals for religious exemptions were denied by their respective military branches. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Mary, who is scheduled to assume command of an overseas unit, and Navy Commander Charles, a surface warfare officer who is currently in command of a ship, testified in court.
At times, Commander Charles choked with emotion as he testified about his deep and obvious faith, his belief that his body is a temple to the Lord, as well as his duty to be an example to the sailors that serve under him.
During the Commander’s testimony, my heart broke, and a tear streamed down my cheek … a rare event for me in court.
Lt. Col. Mary’s testimony was equally moving, as she described how an abortion in her youth nearly destroyed her, but God’s grace saved her. After such an experience, she could never take a drug tested on or derived from aborted fetal cells.
Don’t let Joe Biden kick committed Christians out of the military. Help us DEFEND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM!
Both plaintiffs delivered shocking testimony regarding the abuses they have continued to receive at the hands of Biden’s DOD. Both Charles and Mary were informed by their respective chains of command that the moment the court’s order expires, they will be in for it. But that’s not all ...
Joe Biden’s DOD attorneys tried to claim that federal courts have no authority over Joe Biden’s military!
While the current order applies to two of the many military plaintiffs in our landmark class action lawsuit that includes members from all branches of the military, our larger case also requests class certification to cover every service member whose religious exemption has been denied.
On Thursday, Judge Steven Merryday extended the temporary restraining order to further protect our two plaintiffs as he writes his full opinion on this pleading, and while he considers our request to extend protection to all our plaintiffs as well as to the entire U.S. military.
The DOD officials and their attorneys were not pleased with the ruling.
We, on the other hand, are very pleased with these developments, but our fight for our clients in this suit is far from over. In addition to our fight to free the military from this tyranny, we are also litigating multiple civilian shot mandate cases, as well as all our other legal work defending religious freedom.
We deeply appreciate, as do our many clients, your unreplaceable help in winning this battle!
