We received a call on Tuesday that broke our hearts, yet again. Another armed forces member has taken his own life as a result of Biden’s unlawful and obscene pressure for service members to take the COVID jabs.

One of the chaplain plaintiffs in our class action lawsuit, Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin, called with heartbreaking news: Another military member committed suicide. The chaplain had just returned from the funeral.

The chaplain affirmed his religious exemption request was sincere. He refused to take the jabs due to their link with abortion. He leaves behind a grieving wife and young child. This is the second suicide that our plaintiffs have recently confirmed to be related to the pressure to get the shots.

Just before Christmas, we lost another service member in the same predicament, causing another of our plaintiffs to comment that the Biden administration’s “heavy-handed COVID shot policy now has killed more Marines than has the actual COVID-19 sickness.”

“The policy of separating conscientious and religious objectors contributed to my friend’s decision to end his life,” said Jonathan*, a friend of the Marine who died in December. Chaplain Timothy* had nearly identical words for the soldier who ended his life last week.

The First Amendment guarantees religious freedom, even for military members. The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) doubled down on that guarantee.

The Biden administration seems to have a serious problem with obeying the law, let alone preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution.

The Biden administration also seems to have a serious problem obeying the judiciary, a co-equal branch of government intended to keep lawmakers and the military from going rogue and destroying constitutional liberties.

Multiple courts have now issued individual injunctions against Biden’s military shot orders, but Biden has yet to back down. In our class action lawsuit, DOD attorneys even tried to tell federal Judge Steven Merryday that the courts have no authority to uphold the law!
