Last week, Judge Steven Merryday scolded the Department of Defense (DOD) and set another hearing in our landmark class action lawsuit for today. Now the DOD refuses to bring its witnesses so that we can cross-examine them. This will not sit well with the judge. We are presenting compelling testimony from three medical experts.

Judge Merryday said the DOD acts as though it is above the law—as though the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) do not exist. We are in court today to school them otherwise.

Firing an employee over their religious convictions is definitely not the “least restrictive means for the government to accommodate religious beliefs.” But that isn’t stopping Joe Biden.

And attorneys from Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) refused to promise the judge in our case that the Biden administration would follow the law.

Many service members have been effectively “frozen in time,” denied transfers, indefinitely separated from their families, had promotions revoked and have even been removed from duty.

Freezing a service member in time—stopping orders, reversing promotions or awards or negating new duty stations—is a career killer. Congress passed RFRA for the specific purpose of preventing exactly these types of actions designed to coerce service members to give up their faith.

The Biden administration has implemented multiple ways to torment Christian military members by making their lives as uncomfortable as possible while also effectively killing their careers.

STOP Biden’s attacks on religious freedom!

Take John* for instance. This fit and healthy lieutenant colonel is now confined to an empty office every day. There is no phone or computer—just an empty desk and white walls to stare at as he waits for his shift to pass.

Superior officers regularly check in to ensure John is not doing anything. This is psychological torture meant to mimic imprisonment. It is effectively solitary confinement meant to break the mind and spirit to bend the subject to the abusers’ will.

Military members overseas have had their transfers back to the United States canceled unless they take Joe’s jab. Alonzo* is stationed in South Korea, more than 7,000 miles from his wife and newborn baby. If he refuses to take Joe’s jab, Alonzo will be immediately booted from the military and will have to find his own way home from this far-away foreign land.

Alonzo’s wife and baby, who live in stateside military housing, will be immediately kicked off base with no place to live and no husband to help. This family is now forcibly separated and effectively homeless, thanks to Biden’s twisted enforcement tactics.

Elizabeth* is in a similar situation. Her husband and children are stationed with her in Germany. Unless Elizabeth gets the jab, Biden will kick her out of the military and will not bring her or her children home to the States. Elizabeth and her husband will effectively be illegal aliens in a strange land, forced to try to raise thousands of dollars just to get back home to the U.S. Many service members face similar torturous situations.

Today, some of our plaintiffs will testify along with three medical experts showing how the Biden administration is violating religious freedom and how the shots are hurting service members. The number of injuries from the shots is staggering.

We have several medical experts testifying. One is the military doctor and whistleblower who led the research exposing the astounding increases in military medical treatments since the shot orders began, including a 1,000% increase in neurological disorders among vaccinated military members.

Another doctor will testify to the sickeningly high number of myocarditis and heart issues among vaccinated soldiers. Yet another will discuss the heartbreaking increase in suicidal ideation and completed suicides brought on by Biden’s vaccine tyranny within the military.

Biden’s DOD attorneys cannot justify the administration’s actions to Judge Merryday. Please be in prayer for our attorneys and plaintiffs until religious liberty is once again accessible to all—including our brave soldiers, sailors, airmen, guards and Marines.

We have more than 821 military personnel involved in our class action lawsuit against the Biden administration. This number grows each week. And of course, we have all our other ongoing religious liberty cases to attend to as well.
