The Department of Defense (DOD) and the U.S. Marine Corps will soon receive a 900-page document from one of our clients in response to their discovery request as we prepare for trial in November. I hope they read this document, because it will change their lives. I’ll share more later.

Captain Valores* has served as Aviation Safety Officer for a Marine Aircraft Group. Not long after Joe Biden imposed his shot mandate on the military, Captain Valores began to see a marked increase in the number of unusual illness and injury reports in his command.

Instead of the typical work and accident-related injuries like sprained ankles or cuts requiring stitches, Valores began seeing numerous entries of rapid-onset heart conditions, facial paralysis and other illnesses rarely seen within the ranks of healthy and fit Marines.

Captain Valores began tracking the shocking rise in these rare diseases on his base and found there was one common denominator each of the injured persons shared—they were all vaccinated with a COVID jab.

These injuries are not being reported to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System). That is no accident, according to Captain Valores, who says “[t]he medical staff here will jump through hoops to find any possible explanation to avoid associating the vaccine to any of these reports or conditions.

Despite the DOD’s apparent reluctance to report vaccine injuries, VAERS already shows the damage the COVID jabs have caused. As of August 19, 2022, nearly 1.4 million COVID shot injuries have been logged in the VAERS system with most deaths from the shot being reported within 24-48 hours after taking the jab.

Less than 1% of all vaccine injuries are ever reported to VAERS, meaning the TRUE injury and death rates are exponentially higher than what has been reported.

Worse yet, the DOD has known for over a year that the COVID shots CAUSE these issues. On June 29, 2021, the Journal of the American Medical Association Cardiology published “Myocarditis Following Immunization With mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines in Members of the U.S. Military.”

The study, conducted by military medical professionals, revealed that the COVID jabs were causing myocarditis, a dangerous inflammation of the heart that can cause instant, “widowmaker”-type heart attacks and strokes in otherwise healthy young men.

But Biden and the DOD kept forcing military members to take these literally heart-stopping drugs anyway! Thankfully, they have now run into class action injunctions for the Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Marines.

Randy* is one of the plaintiffs in our class action lawsuit defending Marines. He is a devoted Christian who will not defile his body with any abortion-linked drug. Randy knew his rights under the Constitution and the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). When the shot orders came down, he dutifully submitted his Religious Accommodation Request (RAR).

As part of the DOD’s efforts to be the ultimate arbiter of religious doctrine, the DOD demanded he submit all information he relied on to make his religious exemption request. Randy did so, submitting some 900 pages of documentation.

I smiled when I saw what Randy sent us to provide to the DOD. You see, that 900 pages to document his faith was none other than a copy of the Holy Bible!

The Holy Bible is the foundation of our faith, and its Word is immutable and ever true … whether Joe Biden and his DOD like it or not!

Biden and the DOD may not rob these brave service members of their religious freedom. Biden cannot demand that religious adherents reject their own faith to suit his political will.

The Constitution specifically protects religious freedom, and RFRA further protects federal employees, including military service members, from Biden imposing his will on them.

I am hoping Joe Biden, some senior officers of the DOD and the Marine Corps chain of command take time to read that 900-page document Randy submitted. And I am hoping they take some time to read the clear ruling of the federal judge in our case, as well.

But even if they do not, we at Liberty Counsel have read the Bible and we have read the law. We will fight in the courts defending religious freedom until even Joe Biden is forced to admit that he cannot make people renounce their faith to serve in the U.S. military!

As you may know, preliminary injunctions already protect religious exemption requesters in the Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Marines. We expect to secure class certification and preliminary injunctions protecting the Army and Coast Guard. I will update you as I can.

But Joe Biden is not giving up. Just last week, the Coast Guard Academy unceremoniously booted several cadets with only 24 hours’ notice in their effort to fire as many religious adherents as possible before they get to court. I expect the judge in our case will not be pleased with this latest attempt to thwart the court’s ruling and the law.

Regardless, it is clear that this administration will not stop in their attempt to purge the military of Christians and anyone who bows to a higher power than Joseph R. Biden. Our clients need YOUR help to win this fight!
