TODAY I’ll be presenting oral argument in a federal Court of Appeals defending a highly decorated Marine, Lt. Col. Mary*, and a Naval Warship Commander against Joe Biden’s unlawful shot orders.

And we have three depositions this week in our Marine class action case set for trial in January.

Mary* was the victim of a horrific rape that resulted in an abortion and the ensuing self-hatred. But God rescued and redeemed her. As a result, Mary refuses to take any abortion-linked drug, including Joe Biden’s COVID jabs.

Biden is trying to force this Marine officer to violate her convictions and, once again, become complicit in the murder of a preborn child, one (or more) of whose cells were used in developing and/or testing the COVID injections. Meet Mary*, identified as “Female USMC Lieutenant Colonel” in Liberty Counsel’s landmark class action lawsuit against Joe Biden and his Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. We represent members from every branch of the military, all now forced to choose between taking the shot or obeying God and facing discharge from the military or termination from their jobs, punishment and repayment of bonuses, education and training.

Mary was brutally raped in her younger years and became pregnant as a result of her horrific experience. Filled with anger and humiliation over the assault, Mary aborted the child. But that anger and humiliation were soon replaced with something worse—deep guilt and shame over the tiny life she murdered. She hated herself.

Mary joined the Marine Corps, hoping service would wash the painful memory from her soul. And while her exemplary service, including combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, brought her success and promotions, guilt locked Mary’s heart in shame.

In the Corps, Mary met another Marine, a Christian man, who proposed and introduced her to Jesus Christ. Mary’s husband, also a plaintiff in our lawsuit, taught her about the saving grace, forgiveness and new life Jesus Christ offers. Her guilt and shame were washed away. Mary was born again. She became a new creation! The old has passed. The new has arrived.

Mary’s personal story is the reason she is saying NO to Biden’s shot mandate. Her past tragedy and redemption are the reasons this Marine is taking on the commander in chief.

Mary and her husband continue to serve in the Marine Corps. After more than 20 years of service, she now holds many personal and organizational awards, and the rank of lieutenant colonel. Mary and her husband attend church faithfully, whether at home or deployed, and she has even set up her own ministry to help less privileged communities. She shares her powerful testimony of God’s love, grace and forgiveness whenever the Holy Spirit leads, and parts of her story are shared in our lawsuit.

Mary and her husband both REFUSE to take any of the shots associated with abortion. Accepting any of the COVID shots would put Mary in the position of reliving her rape and the subsequent abortion. 

God has forgiven and healed Mary from shame, pain and emotional scars. There is no way she could even consider allowing a medical product developed using an aborted child’s cells to be injected into her body.

But Biden’s unlawful shot mandate doesn’t allow ANY exemptions, even the legal and constitutional RIGHT to a religious exemption. Unless Mary and her husband took the jab, they were to be discharged from the military branch they have faithfully served for decades.

Thankfully, Liberty Counsel was able to secure a temporary injunction preventing the Biden administration from taking any action against Mary.

We are back in court today arguing for the court to uphold our injunction preventing Joe Biden or any other official from violating service members’ religious freedom RIGHT to refuse a jab.
