These service members won’t be home for Christmas, thanks to Joe Biden’s unlawful shot orders and the administration’s refusal to follow science, the courts or the law.

As we approach the celebration of Christmas, please say a prayer for our service members who are essentially held hostage in foreign countries, separated from family because they refuse to inject their bodies with an experimental shot. One military member has never held his now nearly one-year-old child. It breaks my heart.

Few Americans wear Fauci’s masks anymore. Even the military has dropped the mask mandates. And few are getting the shots or “boosters” as overwhelming evidence continues to roll in, proving the jabs to be highly dangerous and ineffective. But these facts have not deterred Joe Biden from pushing his illegal shot mandate.

The plaintiffs we represent in our massive lawsuit against the Biden administration are faithful religious adherents whose deeply held convictions prevent them from taking Joe’s jabs. Our Constitution protects their religious liberty, and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) also protects these military members.

My heart aches for our service members. Listen to their desperation:

“Please help me get out of Korea,” Yvonne* cried when she was able to reach our offices. Yvonne is stationed in South Korea with the Army. She was supposed to head home to the U.S. more than seven months ago, on May 9, 2022. But because she refuses to take Joe’s jab, she has been informed that she will not be allowed to leave Korea.

Another soldier is having a similar experience.

“I’m being held hostage here [in Korea], separated from my family,” wrote Sheldon*, a U.S. Army soldier whose tour of duty should have ended over a year ago.

But like Yvonne, Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) will not allow Sheldon to go home. He writes that his baby daughter “barely knows him” due to this travesty. But Sheldon will not void God’s will for his life by taking Joe’s jab.

“The religious discrimination and hardship this has placed on my family is unreal,” he wrote after 18 months in Korea. That was six months ago. Sheldon’s wait could be much longer … unless he takes the shot—or we get relief for him and thousands of others. That is what we are fighting to do every day.

On December 14, I presented oral argument at a Court of Appeals on this issue, and our class action trial in the Marines case will begin just after the New Year.

Liberty Counsel will not back down, retreat or abandon our objectives to see that religious beliefs are accommodated with respect to Biden's unlawful military shot mandate. The NDAA requires the shot mandate to be repealed, but our litigation will continue because the DOD’s punishment of service members must be permanently stopped.

Our honorable men and women are under tremendous pressure and are being terribly abused.

Liberty Counsel will not leave anyone behind. We will not stop until every service member is protected and the Constitution and applicable federal laws are upheld. These honorable and brave service members fight for our freedom—we will continue to fight for theirs.
