We have a busy year ahead. The attacks on Christianity, morality, life and religious freedom abound, but Liberty Counsel will not rest until life and liberty are protected for all people.

Here’s a look at our upcoming legal work:

• Military: In January, we will go to trial in our massive class action lawsuit defending Marines against Joe Biden’s unlawful shot mandates. And we continue to push for class certification of the Coast Guard and continuing protections for the rest of the military. We now have classwide injunctions for the Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Marines. We will not leave any warrior on the battlefield.
• Sandra Merritt: Sandra’s criminal trial will be scheduled some time in the first quarter of 2023. Sandra faces years in prison and multimillion-dollar fines for her undercover journalism that exposed Planned Parenthood’s evil “Baby Parts for Sale” scheme. This case could also go to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Defend Religious Freedom in the New Year!

• Christian Counseling Bans 1: We must finalize our work on Otto v. City of Boca Raton and Palm Beach County, which overturned bans on Christian counseling in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. And we are preparing litigation to end Christian counseling bans in other cities and states as well.
• Kim Davis: The case for the Christian clerk in Kentucky who refused to sign her name to same-sex marriage certificates is up for appeal. We believe this case may travel all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and ultimately overturn the Obergefell 5-4 “same-sex marriage” opinion that began this mess. The first person arrested for refusing to affix her name and title to a same-sex marriage license could be the person to overturn this opinion that has no basis in the Constitution.
• Shot Mandates: We continue to represent and defend Americans of all stripes from unlawful shot mandates, including health care workers, transplant patients, members of the Naples orchestra and more.
