All day Tuesday of this week, Liberty Counsel attorneys participated in the sworn deposition of Dr. Peter McCullough—a world-renowned cardiologist who is also an expert on COVID treatment protocols and the shots. Dr. McCullough’s credentials fill many pages of our deposition.

Dr. McCullough’s sworn testimony came fresh off the heels of an appearance on Fox News the night before, where he dropped a bombshell that should shock the world—around the world, healthy athletes are dropping dead from COVID-vaccine-induced heart attacks.

Sunday evening, a fit, exceptionally athletic 24-year-old Buffalo Bills player collapsed on live television. For at least 9-10 minutes, paramedics performed CPR and used an AED machine to try to restart Damar Hamlin's heart. Players and coaches gathered around the young man, praying as he fought for his life. His heart stopped again during transport to the hospital.

While we do not yet know if there is a connection between the COVID shots and the tragedy witnessed on Sunday, Dr. McCullough shared with Fox viewers a study indicating that before the COVID shots, European professional athletes averaged 29 heart attacks per year. But after the COVID shots were mandated less than two years ago, a staggering 1,500 EU professional athletes have suffered heart attacks, two-thirds of which were fatal.

This is not surprising. In a June 2021 study published in the Journal of American Medical Association Cardiology, the U.S. Department of Defense reported that the shots were causing life-threatening heart issues in healthy young military men within just four days of receiving the jab.

Further studies found the same—the shots are causing myocarditis in men aged 18-30. Myocarditis is a life-threatening inflammation of the heart that can result in heart attack and death.

To be clear, at this time, we simply do not know if Damar Hamlin took the jab. Neither his family nor his doctors have disclosed his vaccination status.

But what we DO know is that the number of heart attacks among otherwise healthy young athletes has skyrocketed since the COVID shot mandates began.

But that’s not all. Based on a review of clinical studies and the U.S. government’s own vaccine injury database (VAERS), Dr. McCullough now says that the vaccines should have been removed from the market a long time ago.

As of December 23, 2022, and as a direct result of the COVID-19 shots in the United States alone, 915,411 adverse events have been reported, including:

• 16,155 deaths.

• 73,469 hospitalizations.

• 109,430 urgent care visits.

• 180,512 doctor’s office visits.

• 2,416 cases of anaphylaxis.

• 6,013 cases of Bell’s palsy.

• 1,830 miscarriages.

• 6,449 heart attacks.

• 4,758 cases of myocarditis/pericarditis.

• 15,761 permanent disabilities.

• 3,332 cases of thrombocytopenia.

• 13,716 life-threatening responses.

• 33,220 severe allergic reactions.

No other vaccine has had as many reported adverse reactions as the COVID shots. The adverse events from the COVID shots in two years exceed the adverse events from ALL vaccines combined since June of 1990, when VAERS was first launched.

But it gets worse … In his expert deposition, Dr. McCullough noted that the TRUE number of COVID vaccine injuries is exponentially higher than what is being reported on VAERS. His declaration is backed by a Harvard study, as well as a report by the CDC itself, both of which show that less than 1% of all vaccine injuries are ever reported to the VAERS system—meaning that millions upon millions of Americans have been injured by these evil, rushed-to-market jabs.
