The Biden administration will once again be put on trial in February in our case defending Marines against the unlawful COVID shot mandates. We return to court for a final trial in our class action suit for the Marines seeking a permanent injunction.

Our plaintiffs requested religious exemptions to the COVID shots because every one of the jabs was developed and/or tested using aborted fetal cells.

But many of our plaintiffs also objected because of the mRNA shots’ potential to cause damage to the body. As Dr. Peter McCullough explained in his deposition, the mRNA shots are not “vaccines” at all. Rather, they are gene therapy. And that presents a serious health risk.

As we said from the beginning, there is no rational or scientific reason to mandate the shots for the military other than as an excuse to isolate and discharge Christians and people of faith who take their faith seriously.

I have long written that the COVID shots all skipped the 7-10 years of clinical safety testing normally required for any “vaccine.” But what does that mean, exactly?

Dr. McCullough explained in his testimony, stating that “the COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J) skipped testing for genotoxicity, mutagenicity, teratogenicity and oncogenicity. In other words, it is unknown whether or not these products will change human genetic material, cause birth defects, reduce fertility, or cause cancer.”

While internet “fact checkers” (who have been paid to promote the shots) routinely insist that the COVID shots are safe and do not cause genetic mutation, the fact of the matter is genetic testing was NEVER done on these shots, so we simply do not know.

Dr. McCullough added that the “Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines are considered ‘genetic vaccines,’ or vaccines produced from gene therapy molecular platforms.”

According to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Dr. McCullough noted, gene therapy drugs need EXTRA testing before being released to the public. The FDA normally requires 15 years of safety testing, complete with annual and five-year checkups for recipients, to dispel safety concerns over genetic mutations.

Again, the COVID shots SKIPPED all these critical safety testing criteria. Therefore NO ONE — not Pfizer, Moderna, Anthony Fauci, Joe Biden or his Department of Defense (DOD) — know for certain whether these shots are killers in disguise.

But the U.S. government’s own vaccine injury reporting system (VAERS) gives us some insight. Nearly ONE MILLION COVID shot injuries have been reported to VAERS in the U.S. alone. That is more reported injuries than all other vaccines combined since VAERS began in 1990.

And every day, it seems, yet another healthy young athlete suffers a sudden heart attack or develops myocarditis.

Joe Biden and his DOD knew about that deadly side effect. The DOD itself reported in the Journal of American Medical Association Cardiology last June that the COVID shots were causing heart issues in healthy young military members due to the shots’ propensity to cause myocarditis, an often-fatal inflammation of the heart.

But Biden kept pushing the shots anyway.

The most recent National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), signed in December, barred Biden from mandating his deadly shots on military members.

But Biden is unrepentant. His DOD announced that while it will no longer “mandate” the shots, any service member who requests to be exempted from the shot will have a Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) report on the member’s permanent personnel record.

Such a report is a career killer, preventing service members from receiving special training or promotions. In the U.S. military, if one fails to be promoted within a certain time, that member is eventually removed from duty under the long-standing “up or out” policy.

In other words, Joe Biden continues to skirt the law to ensure that Christians and other faithful religious adherents are removed from the military. We will not stand for this abuse!

As I said above, we will be putting the Biden administration on trial in February.
