No one could have imagined that abortion providers were bringing babies to birth and dissecting LIVE BABIES to sell their tiny body parts for higher prices. But that is EXACTLY what our client, Sandra Merritt, revealed in her undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s evil “Baby Parts for Sale” scheme.

Next week, a San Francisco judge will set the criminal trial in our case involving Sandra — not a criminal trial of Planned Parenthood officials or the organ procurement companies — but a trial of this heroic grandmother who exposed this evil. This is not right and this evil practice of killing babies after they are born must STOP. And the REAL criminals must be punished.

Sandra's groundbreaking videos also showed abortionists discussing how they intentionally alter abortion procedures and cause more risk to the mother by pulling the baby’s feet out first, keeping the head inside the womb and then cutting out the organs while the baby is still alive. Intact body parts can be sold for much higher prices, some for up to 17,000 dollars.

In the preliminary criminal hearing, we showed the video of Dr. Deborah Nucatola casually describing her gruesome practice over lunch:

So then you're just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers, you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we've been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I'm not gonna crush that part, I'm going to basically crush below, I'm gonna crush above, and I'm gonna see if I can get it all intact.

And with the calvarium [head] ... you never have enough dilation at the beginning of the case, unless you have real, huge amount of dilation to deliver an intact calvarium. So, if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there's dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end…And, we've been pretty successful with that, I'd say.

Praise God, this week the U.S. House of Representatives passed HR 26, the “Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.” This measure will now go to the Senate for a final vote. Please take a moment RIGHT NOW to demand senators protect children and PASS THIS BILL!
