Aimee* spent nearly eight years faithfully serving God and country in the U.S. Navy as an electronic warfare specialist. Joe Biden’s unlawful shot orders came down just months before Aimee was due to complete her military service. But Navy brass had a catch — in order to be discharged as planned, Aimee would have to take the COVID jab.

Aimee had refused to take the jab several times. But her commanding officers kept turning up the heat. At the 11th hour, she was informed that unless she took the shot, Aimee would be dishonorably discharged AND would be forced to pay back every cent that Uncle Sam had invested in her training and education.

Unfortunately, Aimee did not then know about our work defending the military. She didn’t know she had the right to fight the tyrannical demands being put on her. Aimee couldn’t afford to start her post-military life hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and with the equivalent of a felony charge (via the dishonorable discharge) marring her spotless record ... so she took the shot. It was the worst decision of Aimee’s life.

As a result of the shot, Aimee now has Guillain–Barré syndrome, a once-rare neurological disorder in which the immune system attacks the peripheral nervous system, causing muscle weakness, loss of reflexes, numbness of limbs, and paralysis.

Guillain-Barre syndrome is not so rare anymore, thanks to the COVID shots. According to VAERS, tens of thousands of people have suddenly been struck down by this syndrome which is a known side effect of the COVID shots.

Aimee was paralyzed by the shot, spending over a month in the hospital. She still cannot walk unassisted. Her arms and legs still tingle painfully … that is, on those rare occasions when she actually has feeling in her limbs.

During a recent conversation, as Aimee shared her heartbreaking story, this once strong and healthy sailor broke down and sobbed.  

My heart breaks for these men and women of the military. They have sacrificed so much to defend our freedom. I hate to see them abused and mistreated.

The Navy and Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) have washed their hands of Aimee, refusing even to provide a wheelchair to the once healthy sailor they injured with their unlawful jab.

THEY KNEW ...

On July 9, 2021, the European Medicines Agency’s (EMA) Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC) issued a statement warning to “raise awareness of GBS [Guillain-Barre syndrome]” following COVID vaccination.

On July 13, 2021, the FDA also issued a warning stating an increased risk of GBS following vaccination.

By July 22, 2021, the EMA ordered that a warning be included with the shots informing the public of the increased risk of GBS.

On July 27, 2021, the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Health Advisory Committee issued a warning that there was an increased number of GBS cases associated with COVID shots.

But Joe Biden ignored every warning. One month later, Biden ordered all military to take the jab despite the growing number of well-documented risks, “or else.”

Even when Biden’s own Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a study in December 2021 showing that the shots caused GBS, Biden refused to repeal his unlawful order.

Instead, Liberty Counsel has been forced to sue the Biden administration and the DOD, fighting for military members’ right to refuse the COVID jabs.

While we obtained multiple injunctions, including a class-wide injunction for the Marines, the cases are still ongoing. We will not rest until we obtain justice for all the men and women who wear the uniform to defend our freedom.

In addition to defending our military members, we have 75 active organ transplant cases involving people who are being denied organ transplants unless they get the COVID shots. Next week, I present oral argument at the Court of Appeals on behalf of Maine health care workers. And we have many other cases involving employees and students. The tyranny never ends.
