Tell Congress to VOTE YES on HR 1122 and S 887 to protect Americans from Biden’s Financial Surveillance State!

“It is important to understand that the digital dollar would not be similar to cryptocurrencies like bitcoin,” writes Justin Haskins, director of the Socialism Research Center at The Heartland Institute.

“Cryptocurrencies operate on blockchain technology, which is decentralized by design. No group or individual can truly control cryptocurrencies once they are launched,” Haskins adds. (emphasis added)

But that is NOT the case with a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) like the one Joe Biden has ordered U.S. government agencies to begin developing. His executive order includes words like “equity” and “climate change.”

Make no mistake. Biden and others plan on using a CBDC to control you by creating a digital surveillance state. Using a CBDC, government will have a line-item veto over every dollar.

To promote “equity,” government could make the value of one class of people more than another class of people. Bills pending in Congress will stop the weaponization of CBDCs.

A CBDC makes the federal government your direct bank, able to trace and track every cent you make or spend, and able to CONTROL those expenditures as well. That’s because CBDC “digital dollars” are easily programmable to only be used in certain areas.

For example, in China, citizens’ CBDC funds are earmarked for specific purchases. Once a person runs out of funds the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has earmarked for gasoline, for instance, they cannot buy any more gas until their next paycheck and a new allotment of dollars for fuel.

In other words, the CCP dictates exactly how much of their own hard-earned money Chinese citizens are allowed to spend on fuel, food, health care, and even travel.

Joe Biden’s executive order demanding the U.S. begin developing its own CBDC appears to follow the CCP’s lead. In Executive Order 14067, Biden clearly states his intention that these programmable digital dollars be created to help “human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and energy demand and climate change” among other things.

China’s “Climate Change” answer is to use programmable digital currency to prevent its citizens from spending their money on more gas than the CCP allows. Given the specific “climate change” language Joe Biden uses in his executive order, it is not hard to believe that he and other climate alarmists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez will want to restrict the way you spend YOUR hard-earned dollars as well.

That’s why Congress cannot allow Biden’s devious digital dollar to ever see the light of day.
