We’re not the only ones raising the alarm about the World Health Organization’s (WHO) attempt to seize breathtaking new globalist powers. Today you’ll hear from the former legal consultant to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) secretariat, as well as WHO members decrying the entire COVID “crisis.”

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is pushing forward with his intentions to sign U.S. sovereignty over to a corrupt WHO director-general. Read on, but first take a moment to fax Congress and demand they STOP Joe Biden’s one world order plans.

The U.S. House has a bill to defund the WHO and withdraw from the WHO. The House must investigate, hold hearings, and defund the WHO. And the U.S. Senate must demand a full hearing and a vote on the treaty. The warning raised by these experts, who otherwise have a long history with the WHO, should be a wake-up call to some sleeping members of Congress. Tell Congress: STOP the WHO Treaty!

Dr. Sylvia Behrendt holds a Ph.D. on the International Health Regulations and served as the legal consultant to the WHO’s International Health Regulations secretariat. Now the director of the Global Health Responsibility Agency of Salzburg, Austria, Dr. Behrendt is sounding an alarm that all should heed.

The WHO is attempting to become the most powerful governmental force in the world, controlling all member states via newly invented international law. The WHO is pursuing two tracks: (1) a Pandemic Treaty, and (2) over 300 amendments to the International Health Regulations.

And Joe Biden has become the WHO’s biggest supporter.

Writing in February of this year, Dr. Behrendt noted that the amendments to the IHR change the organization’s charter as an advisory body to a legislative body whose directives will be enforceable under international law. This change, says Dr. Behrendt, will give the WHO legislative powers that “no other UN organ or specialized UN agency has, let alone the DG [director-general] of one of these specialized agencies.”

In fact, Dr. Behrendt’s analysis shows that the amendments give WHO Director-General Tedros almost dictatorial powers, uninhibited by member concerns. In fact, Tedros is already exercising questionable powers.

“The proposed amendments to the IHR will, if adopted, considerably increase the WHO’s health emergency and bio-surveillance powers, in particular those of its DG,” says Dr. Behrendt.

For instance, the proposed IHR amendments give the director-general new powers to declare “intermediate public health alerts,” seizing power and issuing dictates. The amendments also “extend the list of events” that the director-general can use to declare a public health emergency.

However, Dr. Behrendt notes, the IHR amendments give no details or guidelines on how the severity of an issue is assessed, or when that issue or event can be deemed to be resolved. Instead, the director-general seems to be able to issue decrees at will.

To illustrate just how dangerous this is, one need look no further than the WHO’s COVID-19 Emergency Committee meeting, held January 30 of this year. The committee stated that, according to WHO Director-General Tedros, COVID-19 “still constitutes a PHEIC [public health emergency of international concern] despite the fact that the Infection Fatality Rate for SARS-CoV-2 is very low.” (emphasis added)

In fact, WHO members issued a statement that COVID “did not and does not constitute a public health emergency of international concern.” Yet Director-General Tedros is resisting efforts to curtail his newly seized power, refusing to declare the COVID public health emergency to be over.

As I have written before, Tedros’ record in Ethiopia is riddled with charges of fraud, abuse of power, and worse … abuse of his own people. Now Joe Biden seeks to give this man the power to control, at will, the world’s trade, travel, and medical systems and supplies.

Not a single sovereign legislative body will have the power to stop Tedros or protect their people from his dictates. The only remedy will be to withdraw from the WHO, an action that I and many others contend should happen NOW, before the globalists can seize a single American liberty.

Sadly, our Congress has been asleep at the wheel, as Tedros and his globalist handlers seek to end our sovereignty. Please take a moment right now to fax Congress, demanding they STOP Joe Biden’s attempt to cede American sovereignty and freedom to the unelected WHO globalists!
