The mandates within the proposed “Equality Act” — and the protection for perversions within the bill — will shock you. All 212 Democrats in the U.S. House are supporting HR 15. They only need a few Republicans to sign on and this bill will pass. I urge you to act now!

The misnamed “Equality Act” (HR 15) is back in front of Congress, and it completely eliminates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA) as a claim or defense.

This bill will force houses of worship, religious schools, daycare centers, and shelters (including shelters for battered and sexually abused women) to comply with radical LGBTQ demands.

If this act passes, the ever-expanding reach of LGBTQ norms will be imposed on everyone, putting men into women's restrooms and changing rooms, boys onto girls’ sports teams, and pedophiles into daycare centers. This is not an exaggeration.

Noncompliant religious and nonprofit schools will lose tax exemption, and schools will lose accreditation, which means they could not accept student loans and students would not be accepted into most graduate schools. The coverage of the bill includes church and college overnight stays with youth and/or students, dorms, sports, restrooms, locker rooms, and showers.

Churches, synagogues, and mosques will be forced to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs with respect to LGBTQ behavior.

Let me explain further. The activist group LGBTQ Nation states: “A queer definition ... goes far beyond mere sexual orientation or gender identity.”

The “Q in LGBTQ can also signify other sexual orientations and gender identities not covered by the acronym’s preceding letters. If you’re gender-neutral, non-binary, agender, genderfluid, pansexual, asexual, solosexual or something else not covered by LGBT, the ‘Q’ has got you covered!”

Therefore, “Q” in LGBTQ comprises about 550 sexually deviate paraphilias — including pedophilia. And if the HR15 “Equality Act” passes, you and your children will not escape this bill’s devastating reach!

“Queer” includes not only lesbian, gay, bi, transsexual, and transvestite behaviors, but also a host of “paraphilias,” which includes nearly 550 sexual perversions.

“Paraphilias” include every perverted proclivity and behavior — and specifically includes “minor-attracted individuals,” aka pedophiles.

The “Equality Act” will give all paraphilias — including pedophiles —  the same legal protections as racial minorities.

The “Equality Act” forbids raising RFRA as a claim or defense. And this includes many other federal laws if this outrageous bill passes.

The bill also bans counselors from providing, and all ages of clients from receiving, any counsel to change or diminish unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, or gender confusion.

The “Equality Act” is not about equality. If it were, houses of worship would be exempt and religious freedom would not be set aside.

The bill is a massive expansion of the federal government into every corner of our lives. It will result in a torrent of harassing and frivolous lawsuits. If this bill becomes law, the legal and cultural consequences are staggering.

This legislation shreds the very foundations of our country. By codifying perversion into legal protection, radicals are destroying our Judeo-Christian values and our unalienable right to religious freedom.
