The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is using its propaganda machine to coerce America into adopting a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) just like the one the CCP currently uses to control its citizens.

On July 7, Forbes Advisor ran an article extolling the virtues of a Central Bank Digital Currency. Of the 1,489 words in the article, just 136 of those words mentioned the dangers of a CBDC, before labeling detractors as “skeptics” and “conspiracy theorists.”

It should be noted that Forbes magazine, once a bastion of American free market economy, was sold in 2014 to Integrated Whale Technologies — a company controlled by the CCP. Shortly thereafter, longtime Forbes contributors who had a history of critiquing the CCP were promptly fired from the news organization.

According to the Carnegie Council, a nonprofit dedicated to studying ethics in international affairs, the CCP uses Forbes and other media outlets in which it has ownership, to conduct “opinion deterrence” in the United States. Opinion deterrence is a bland-sounding euphemism for propaganda.

It is no surprise then that Forbes spent so much space detailing the supposed “advantages” of a CBDC. Just six sentences, buried deep in the Forbes Advisor article, mentioned the dangers of a CBDC.

The article gives brief mention to the issue, writing, “Critics contend that it [a CBDC] would open the door for the Federal Reserve to more tightly control how Americans spend and save their money.” The detractors, it turns out, are (excuse the pun) right on the money.

“CBDCs have all the elements that governments have always been drawn to, the two key pieces being tracking and control,” says Adam Jordan, director of investments for Paul R. Ried Financial Group.

Here’s what Forbes, the CCP, and Joe Biden hope you will not discover — a CBDC puts the government in charge of every cent you earn or spend. And one need not “imagine” doomsday results, as the CCP’s present use of a CBDC on its own citizens shows us exactly how a tyrannical government can and will use digital programmable money to control people.

If a Chinese citizen obeys and publicly praises the CCP, the citizen is given extra money, low interest rates, and the freedom to spend.

But if those citizens dare question CCP policies — or worse yet, if they are known to be Christians (which the CCP considers “cult” members) — they are denied loans and consumer credit, barred from paying for private school tuition, and only allowed to use their own hard-earned money to buy things the CCP approves.

And if those Christians spread the gospel or are known to question the CCP, their funds are simply erased, impoverishing the individual and their family as punishment. All it takes is the push of a single button to erase the financial freedom of dissenters.

Joe Biden, apparently, thinks CCP financial control over citizens is a great idea, and he’s trying to eliminate cash in order to force a U.S. CBDC — along with all its dystopian controls — on every American.

We already know how Joe Biden and Democrat allies feel about Christians and conservatives who resist tyranny. They shut down our churches, arrest pastors, put church members on house arrest, and threaten to seize and destroy churches that insist on exercising their First Amendment right to religious freedom.

We also already know how Joe Biden and his allies feel about guns. In 2011, the Obama/Biden administration launched “Operation Broken Trust,” which pressured banks and credit card companies to stop doing business with gun shops, in a blatant attempt to block fully licensed business owners and law-abiding gun customers from exercising their Second Amendment right to own a firearm. You may remember Obama derisively saying that Christians “cling to their guns and religion.”

And we already know that some leftists even want to control what we eat and drink. Who could forget New York Democrats’ attempts to ban large soft drinks and movie popcorn, or “progressive” Democrats’ insistence that we eat lab-grown meat.

The CCP is making big moves to own and control our media, our land holdings, and now — according to sworn testimony given at a Congressional Oversight Committee meeting last week — the White House itself.

We absolutely MUST NOT allow Joe Biden to implement a CCP-style digital dollar here, or these kinds of petty tyrannies will become a permanent way of life, turning freedom-loving Americans into mere serfs, beholden to the whims of control-minded politicians in league with the CCP and other globalists.

There remain good men and women in Congress protecting our constitutional rights. They need our support NOW as they fight to preserve our precious freedom.
