Security and human rights experts are sounding the alarm about Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), but Joe Biden is racing ahead in a wild quest developed by the Chinese Communist Party to surveil and control China’s citizenry.

Biden has already issued an executive order on CBDCs, and now several federal agencies are hiring staff to implement this ultimate form of control.

CBDCs “could essentially force the creation of a national identity system that might include personal data, credit history, financial transactions and other sensitive information,” Davis says.

Joe Biden envisions implementing a CBDC in America similar to one of his favorite countries — Communist China. This would be the end of freedom. But digitizing money with one central government bank would also place American security at grave risk. Imagine if the CBDC was hacked!

“This presents obvious opportunities for intelligence collection and surveillance by states and would remove the existing barrier between states and personal finance,” says Davis.

“In authoritarian regimes,” Davis notes, “this would create the opportunity for states to more effectively and fully surveil their populations, with notable impacts on opposition and protest groups. Combining financial intelligence with other forms of digital information technology creates a digital authoritarian state, like the one that China’s Uighur population is now experiencing firsthand.”

Since at least 2019, the Chinese Communist Party has forced Muslim ethnic minorities, including the Uighurs, to undergo forced facial scanning and DNA testing in an effort to construct facial digital imaging, creating a new way to track humans.

That endeavor resulted in “an Orwellian system of mass surveillance and ‘predictive policing,’” according to Bethany Allen-Ebrahimian, lead reporter for the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.

Now ALL Chinese citizens who use a cell phone are forced to undergo digital facial scanning tied to their cell phones. DNA phenotyping is added to the mix for identification and detention, as well as “predictive policing” determined by a computer algorithm, which are further utilized to surveil and censor the Chinese people.

Now the CCP requires facial identification for “everything from refuse collection to toilet roll dispensers,” according to a survey by a Beijing think tank. In Hong Kong, citizens are finding ways to escape CCP surveillance using angular haircuts and camouflage makeup to escape recognition by the nanny state.

But now that China has implemented its CBDC, there is no escape for Chinese ethnic minorities, political dissidents, and even outspoken Chinese Christians. If a Chinese citizen wants to spend or receive money, their identity is verified via facial recognition and their financial data tracked to the nth degree by the CCP. If the CCP doesn’t like that person, their actions, or beliefs, the person is simply cut off from the system and all of society. They have no money, no ability to travel, and are even prevented from entering public places or shopping centers.

So far, Joe Biden has already tried to force Americans to take experimental drugs, unlawfully spy on Americans’ bank accounts, and push freedom-killing vaccine mandates and passports. Can we really trust Joe Biden — or any government leader — with the ability to control our personal finances?
